An important announcement from AC Physical Therapy
Dear Current, Past and Future Patients -
It is with much regret that we have found it necessary to change our business practice due to financial hardship associated with the Covid-19 pandemic. Our commitment to compassionate customized care continues, but we are saddened that significant changes to our practice are required in order to maintain the viability of our practice. Generally speaking, AC Physical Therapy will no longer be able to provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients who are not being referred for wound care or are without a wound diagnosis. We feel grateful to have been able to provide highly skilled and valuable physical therapy services to our patients over the years and are thankful for the community of physicians who have supported us over the last 13 years. We look forward to keeping these physician relationships as we continue to provide the quality wound care so many patients need.
We are happy to announce that our clinic director Ashley Lyons PT, DPT is opening a satellite clinic in Wheat Ridge through Precision Physical Therapy and will provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to established, current, former and future patients. She will be providing the high-quality, personalized and expert care she is well known for and will be located on the same floor as always but just down the hall in unit #50. We are happy to support her in this new venture and will work to complete this transition smoothly and seamlessly for our community of patients and physicians.
AC Physical Therapy will continue to see a few established and previous patients. Carrie Matter MS, PT will continue to see her established current and former patients and will be happy to provide these services as we value our relationships with you. Amber Carpenter will also see a few former patients on a case by case basis. Please contact our office to schedule.
Again, we thank you for your generous support and while we are saddened by this change we are also very excited that our patients and community will continue to receive excellent, high-quality, expert physical therapy with Ashley Lyons PT, DPT under her new employer, Precision Physical Therapy.

Initial evaluation with a Physical Therapist ensures a customized plan of care for every patient.
Wound Care Services
If a wound persists for an extended period of time it is likely that at least one condition for healing is not being addressed. At Advanced Wound Care we work to optimize all of the conditions for the wound so that healing will take place. We offer outpatient and in-home wound care for patients.
